  • execpro-bullet Refund and Cancellation Exe Pro Business Management usually don't have refund and cancelation policy its usually depending on specific cases that the client ask us not to proceed so, the money either kept on hold in our account for another invoice or if the client want to discontinue with us we can refund the money to them not including the PRO services fees which is not refundable.
    Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • execpro-bullet Delivery/Shipment Policy Exec Pro Business Management providing a service to companies and individuals if they want us to collect their documents, funds and send it to specific place or deposit it on bank, we will help them save more time and arrange their work sufficiently.
    For any Invoice Exec Pro team usually collecting papers from the clients update them about the fees, procedures and how long it's gone take through emails or calls and then give them back by hand their documents when everything is done or sometimes the client himself/herself comes to collect it if thats what they want.
    Execpbs.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.
    Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

    We check all of the details above and what the company or the individual need to serve him/her with, we send him quotation about the details including our Fees services and the documents which needed in the process to finish as fast as possible and let him/her decide after that we will confirm to us if he/she wants to proceed or not.
    After Confirming through the email and sometimes through the phone also we start our work by collecting their documents, cheques, Cash or they will transfer the money to the bank account or Credit Card if they want.
    Finally, whenever we finish some stages of the quotation we update the clients about the details and what has been happening and if there is any issue or problems or even changing fees by the government so they can understand if there is any lateness or delay in the process or even why there is an extra charge which is different than the quotation sometimes.
